What size clothes should my dog be wearing (in general?)?

I have a Chinese Crested Hairless dog. Her back measures 12″ (from the nape of her neck to the base of her tail), her chest is 14″ around. I am having such a difficult time finding the proper sizing for her online. I realize that all clothes are different (just like for people), but I’m looking for a general answer. Let me reiterate that she is a hairless dog, and I live in the northern US. It’s cold, and she would get sick and die if I didn’t put clothes on her (I’ve crocheted her several sweaters) in the winter, and needs protection from the sun in the warm weather.
