im 13, can i work?

(AUSTRALIA – VICTORIA)
Im 13 yrs.
14 in march.
I want to get a job at like the body shop, or clothing place. maybe even safeway or a fast food thing.
I look older, and am mature.
but i was wondering wether i can get a job? and if anyone knows where.
im pretty sure i can work at 14 9 mnts, or 15 and 3mnths but i really need money now!!
please help.
i already have a job walking a dog, but i hate it, and it doesnt make enough money, i also babysit but need a real job!

Like snowball stands in the summer and stuff take younger children. That’s where I worked from like 12 to 18. But until you’re 14 you can’t work anywhere else.
But when you do turn 14 I think Chic-Fil-A takes people. Hahaha.
